Quality Overview
Quality is not considered an achievement at Pak Kuwait rather it is a standard. This standard is maintained by state of the art lab equipment, online quality monitoring devices, and quality management systems that have been developed through a great deal of research and experience. Each step of the production process is rigorously monitored to ensure that each yard of yarn is of the same quality. This is done to ensure each package of yarn is up to the customers quality parameters and ready for use in subsequent processes when it reaches the customer.
Being ISO 9002 certified enables us to monitor, maintain and update our systems and procedures to ensure we satisfy each customer. Our continuous effort to improve our quality of product, service, and commitment to further satisfy the customer is an ongoing process at Pak Kuwait. This is achieved by reinforcing customer feedback as well as our own Research & Development into all aspects of our business.
